of the position
As Social Networks Manager, you will be responsible for driving digital strategy and managing, animating and analyzing the performance of our customers’ social networks. You’ll develop innovative, engaging campaigns tailored to each brand’s objectives, while optimizing their visibility and interaction with their community.

Define and implement the social media strategy for several customer accounts.

Establish the editorial line for each customer account.

Create and manage content for our platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Create creative briefs to supervise studio teams and ensure consistency of visuals and messages.

Plan and set up the publication of posts on the various platforms.
-
Manage influencer profiles and organize collaborative campaigns.

Monitor and analyze publication performance (KPIs) and produce regular reports.
-
Actively participate in drafting strategies for calls for tender.
-
Set up and manage paid media campaigns (advertising on social networks).
-
Monitor trends, competitors and best practices in the sector.
Profile required
-
Significant experience in social network management, preferably acquired in a communications agency.

Ability to manage several customer accounts efficiently and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and visual communication skills.

Ability to manage creative teams and translate customer needs into clear, precise briefs.

In-depth knowledge of the health and beauty sector.

Proficiency in analysis, planning and reporting tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).

Experience in participating in the drafting of strategies for calls for tender.

Skills in managing paid media campaigns and optimizing advertising budgets.

Organizational skills, autonomy, creativity and team spirit.
